Vaccine Policy

At Wasya Co, we are committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. As such, we have developed a vaccine policy to protect our employees and customers from the risks associated with COVID-19 and other vaccine-preventable diseases.

Vaccination Requirement:

We strongly encourage all employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and other vaccine-preventable diseases. While vaccination is not mandatory, we strongly recommend that all employees receive the vaccine for their own protection and the protection of others in the workplace.

Medical and Religious Exemptions:

We recognize that some employees may be unable to receive the vaccine due to medical or religious reasons. In such cases, we will work with the employee to determine a reasonable accommodation that will allow them to continue working while minimizing the risk of transmission to others. Reasonable accommodations may include remote work, wearing masks or other personal protective equipment, or temporary reassignment to a different role.

Confidentiality:

We will maintain the confidentiality of employees’ vaccination status and any medical or religious reasons for not receiving the vaccine. This information will only be disclosed on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Health and Safety Measures:

Even if an employee has received the vaccine, they will still be required to follow health and safety measures such as wearing masks, practicing physical distancing, and washing hands frequently. These measures are in place to protect all employees and customers from the risk of transmission.
